Having managed to somehow delete today\u2019s post we will have to start with what was initially supposed to be Thursdays post, today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let me introduce to all of you:&nbsp;<strong>BUFFALO MOZZARELLA!<\/strong>&nbsp;I have below two magical ways of serving the&nbsp;<strong>Buffalo Mozzarella<\/strong>, watch and indulge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WATER BUFFALO MOZZARELLA ENTR\u00c9E<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be the second time that&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.naturagastronomia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stefano Leone<\/a>&nbsp;has generously donated a picture that I can share with you all here on my blog.<br>He is not only one of my favorite Chefs but also a dear friend of Paolo\u2019s and mine, that I have not seen for 5 years, but thanks to Facebook I am still able to at least see how from \u201cbest\u201d he still manages to continue getting better, go figure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water buffalo mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cashew nuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oven roasted tomato crostino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank You, Stefano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP\/\/\/yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.macchiinc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Mozzarella_Recipe_Montreal21.jpg\" alt=\"Caprese di Buffala Recipe by Restaurant Lucca's Team\" width=\"525\" height=\"600\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.macchiinc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Mozzarella_Recipe_Montreal21.jpg\" alt=\"Caprese di Buffala Recipe by Restaurant Lucca's Team\" width=\"525\" height=\"600\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-576\">Caprese di Buffala Recipe by Restaurant Lucca\u2019s Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CAPRESE DI BUFALA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most traditional way of having Buffalo Mozzarella is a Caprese di Bufala.<br>I have it over and over again and I can never stop enjoying having it that way!<br>But I must say that even though it seems so simple to make, this \u201csimple\u201d dish can taste very differently depending on where and how you have it.<br>Personally I prefer when the tomatoes are sweet but yet slightly tart and just the \u201cright\u201d amount of balsamic vinegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is exactly how they serve this \u201cplate\u201d at Restaurant Lucca in \u201cLittle Italy\u201d, so I asked Paolo if he could do me the huge favor and go over there to get me a picture of that plate so that I could share it with all of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buffalo Mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vigne ripened Tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evoo ( extra virgin olive oil )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A warm thank you to the kitchen staff at Restaurant Lucca!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi there, Hope you all had a great weekend, I had a really good but hectic one so please bear with me!
