ABOUT MACCHI

The Macchi story began in 1952, when Mr. Macchi Sr. arrived in Canada, bringing with him his passion for authentic Italian gastronomy. He became friends with the founders of the Roma brand of cold cuts and became their first distributor in 1953, laying the foundations for a family tradition of food excellence.
